"Being in my early thirties and within a many a pivot in my life, having a small team behind me who covers my basis for basic insurance is incredible. Having employees who keep in contact with you via text and call is great, and being so close to where I live, if there is a form that needs to be signed or a question that needs to be answered, I’ll be quickly taken care of and sent on my way with an ice cream sandwich. These days, a monthly payment isn’t just coverage for your car. It has to also encompass human empathy. Andrea Walton and her staff understand that we’re all trying to survive. I feel like I can trust everyone there just due to the fact that they trust their customers. Thank you for taking care of me for quite some time now!"

"Staff and customer support is AWESOME! I am not one to give reviews so this really means something. I was a 25 year client to another insurance company. I won't go into details but it was time to change. After shopping around I was lucky enough to find Andrea Walton - State Farm. The transition over to State Farm was easy. We all have unique situations, and what sets these guys apart from all the others is they listen to you and create the unique coverage you need. You're not just another number getting the default "cookie cutter" package everyone else gets. I had some detailed questions that couldn't be answered while on the phone but I got a prompt call back with a detailed response. You can't beat old school customer support. Shout out to Jen my account manager. I have be covered 5 months as I write the post. Signed by Chad - Happy customer - (real person not a bot) :)"

"I went to 3/18/24 Monday to add another vehicle to my policy, there was no one at the reception they saw me walk in and no one offered them self to ask if I needed something. So I stand there for a while then I sat down to see if they come out and greet me or ask if I needed something but no one did, all I received was stares it made me feel very uncomfortable. So I was there for 25 minutes no one helps me so I left and no one even bothered to see why I left. I felt very discriminated all the stares made me very uncomfortable and not one person asked if been helped or need help. If would give them a zero starts I would."

"Hi Viviana, we are very sorry you had to wait yesterday. Unfortunately, Monday morning our systems were down, it unexpectedly caused complete chaos. My team shared with me they were on the phone with other customers when you arrived. They didn't have a chance to speak with you before you left. We have since spoken with your husband, we need the VIN to add your car; he did not have it on him? Then he stopped by to grab the solar eclipse glasses to share with your family and friends.... I can ASSURE you our office cares about your family and all our customers, unfortunately, depending on scheduled appointments or staffing level - there is sometimes a wait. Especially on a Monday after a storm. Please feel free to text, email, or call our office if that is more convenient. Again, we are sorry for the wait on a Monday. - Andrea"

"Andrea Walton is much more than just a State Farm agent, she is a very good person at heart. I have been with Andrea Walton State Farm for more than 10 years with both Home and Auto and she and her staff have done an amazing job with response times, information and representation with the claims I have had. The piece of mind I have in this agent to represent me and my family is something impossible to calculate monetarily. "Andrea Walton from State Farm was a complete disappointment. Her lack of professionalism and poor attitude made the whole experience frustrating. She seemed uninterested in helping and didn't even seem knowledgeable about insurance policies. I'd advise finding a different agent for your insurance needs. **UPDATE** Andrea just called back and was going ballistic about this review and said it was "unprofessional". 100% do not go to this lady."

We don't even see that you have ever called or even visited our office. We know and love ALL our customers and their families, we pride ourselves in knowing them well - even their pets! (who often come by for treats!) I was driving all afternoon, and being a safe driver, not on the phone, your claim would not be possible. We sincerely wish you well and hope you find happiness! "

"Andrea is just really unprofessional and rude! Better off finding a better agent than her. She said to my face that she couldn't care less about my insurance needs and that I was just wasting her time. How disrespectful can someone be in a customer service role? It's clear that she lacks any sense of empathy and doesn't value her clients. Not only was Andrea unhelpful, but she also seemed completely clueless about the insurance policies she was supposed to be knowledgeable about. It felt like she was just trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible without actually addressing my concerns. I tried to ask her some questions about my coverage, and she gave me vague and evasive answers, making me doubt if she even knew what she was talking about. It's frightening to think that she might be responsible for handling people's insurance, considering her lack of competence. Furthermore, her communication skills were appalling. She was dismissive and short-tempered throughout the whole interaction. It's as if she didn't want to be bothered by her own job responsibilities and had no interest in providing quality service to her customers. Honestly, dealing with Andrea was such a frustrating experience that it made me regret ever getting insurance from State Farm in the first place. I thought I was supposed to be in good hands, but with an agent like Andrea Walton, it's clear that the company's reputation means nothing. Save yourself the headache and find a different State Farm agent who actually cares about their clients and is willing to provide competent and respectful customer service. Andrea Walton is definitely not the person you want to trust with your insurance needs."
